Klipsch Roomgroove wireless speakers interfering with iPod Touch wifi signa

Hello Everybody,

I have 4 Klipsch Roomgroove speakers in my house that I have always loved.

I decided to purchase an iPod Touch so I could enjoy pandora radio.

It plays a song (or two) but always kicks me off the network within a few minutes. If I turn off the all the speakers, it plays just fine. I have tried readjust the dials on the back of the speakers (which I am assuming changes the frequency)

These speakers are supposed to have smart technology built into them that allows them to sniff out other signals and then "go around them", but it doesn't seem to be working I guess.

by the way I have cable internet and am using a Time Capsule to broadcast my wifi signal.

I sure hope someone can help me figure out because it is the only reason I sold my Nano and upgraded to the Touch.

Thanks so much!

Sounds like a basic conflict between your 2.4ghz Klipsch speakers and your wireless router. At least with your router, you can specify a channel (normally your router will select a channel), not sure with your speakers, however.

You could play with your speakers and see if you could shut off the "smart technology" and use a fixed channel. Do the same on the router and everything might co-exist.
