RAM DDR2 PC2-4200 or DDR2 PC2-5300

Hi,

I am going to buy a Gig stick for the iSight this afternoon and I dont know if to go with:
DDR2 PC2-4200 • CL=4 • UNBUFFERED • NON-ECC • DDR2-533 • 1.8V • 128Meg x 64

OR

DDR2 PC2-5300 • CL=5 • UNBUFFERED • NON-ECC • DDR2-667 • 1.8V • 128Meg x 64

The first one matches the iMac specs so should I go for that one?

They are about the same price on crucial.com UK site.

I did have a quick search the other open posts but couldn't really see an answer.

I am getting loads of page outs so I hope that adding more RAM will sort it out. The iMac seems slower then my Powerbook G4 1Ghz with a Gig of Ram

Thanks,

James
