Installing OS X from another computer's optical drive

Hi,
Could someone point me to the article that explains how to install the OS from another computer's optical drive using firewire. I used firewire target mode and put in the OS but I didn't see it on the other computer. thanks

emac, pismo and powerbook G4 12", Mac OS X (10.5.6)

[What to do if your Mac doesn't enter FireWire Target Disk Mode|http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=75414], also read about [Open Firmware Password Protection|http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/openfirmwarepassword.html] which can disable Target Disk Mode.
