will i loose my music if i reinstall iTunes?

Every time I open my iTunes, a warning pops up saying "iTunes was not properly installed. If you wish to import or burn CD's, you need to reinstall iTunes."
If I reinstall iTunes, will i loose the music that is already on there? I have purchased music on there and I don't want to loose it if I can't burn CD's.
