Second iPhone, same problem...Songs jump

Hi there,
I do have a serious problem with my iPhone. I even got a new one last week, because apple thought it might be a problem with the memory. But it looks like the memory was ok, because my new one has the same problem.
As I go to listen to some music, some tracks jump, forward and backward. I don't have a clue what's wrong with it. On itunes they do play normal.
Yes, I do have the latest itunes version. I also have reset the phone several times. Also checked my HDD, but there are no errors. Changed the USB Port, same problem. Changed Data cable, same problem.
Anyone has an idea? Pllleeaasssee.... I'm going to start to hate this thing...

on one album of mine, a playlist of an audio book, if I hit pause during the last few minutes of the track, it will alway jump back to another position in the track when I unpause. For example, on one track it always backs up to 1:58 (one minute 58 seconds left to play) when I unpause.

This seems to only happen on this one audio book - I tried setting different options for the audio book in iTunes, but nothing seems to make it stop behaving this way. Currently the settings for this audio book are the same as my other audio books, with which I have no problems.

ladies and gent this problem was really pi**ing me off, i tried IDtags the lot, then by chance as i was playing a song, i touched the album art, and where it shows the time left and playbar (as i call it), it also has 3 symbols..

1. repeat
2. genius
3. shuffle

now although i had shuffled an earlier album (not related to these songs), it was still turned on.....

tap it to go white...and viola

problem has now been solved (and yes shake to shuffle is off as well <SETTINGS>)

hope you all get your problem sorted..this was really annoying whilst in the gym, and i can now go back in with con fidence that it has now been fixed...enjoy all 🙂
