Printing problem w/Airport Express but not Windows

My husband & I share a Cannon S9000 printer. He has Windows, I have Snow Leopard. He connects to the printer through our network, I do it through an Airport Express device.

When he prints images (bar coded-black&white labels) they print perfect, when I print they do not.

Any ideas?
