iPhone SDK 3.1.3 XCode 3.2.1 Snow Leopard update (lcrt1.10.6.o not found)

Today I downloaded the iPhone SDK 3.1.3 XCode 3.2.1 Snow Leopard update.

After installing it, I looked in the Project Info. In the Deployyment section, the "Mac OS X Deployment Target" is set to "Max OS X 10.5".

Naturally, as fussy I am, I changed it to Mac OS X 10.6, which is what I want. After Building, it reports an ld error: i.e.

...
ld: library not found for -lcrt1.10.6.o
...

Why does this happen? Did others have the same experience?

Is this normal or how to fix? (Other than the obvious step to go to look for the missing library and try to install it myself).

MacBookPro4,1, Mac OS X (10.6.1), iPhone SDK 3.1.3, XCode 3.2.1, build error, lcrt1.10.6.o not found, Mac Os X 10.6, Snow Leopard

I was looking for somewhere to post my question, but I can add onto your one, to help it along too!

The Snow Leopard iPhone 3.1.3/3.2.1 DMG appears to have been created in December, with the last modified packages being in September. There is no sign of the 3.1.3 SDK package.

If the linked DMG doesn't have the right installer on it, where would you go to get the 3.1.3 SDK?

K T, would you be willing to try the download you've suggested (the iPhone SDK 3.1.3 with XCode 3.2.1 one)? Here's the iPhone SDKs in the Packages folder, dated December 21st 2009:

iPhoneSDK3 12.pkg
iPhoneSDK3_1.pkg
iPhoneSDK3_0.pkg
iPhoneSDK2 21.pkg
iPhoneSDK2_2.pkg
iPhoneSDK2_1.pkg
iPhoneSDK2_0.pkg

As you'll see, there is no sign of a 3.1.3. So back to my question, where would be a good place to get the 3.1.3 SDK?

I don't believe I'm lost. I see there's a slight file name difference with the one you found. Here's the file name of the DMG I'm using:

iphone sdk_3.1.3_with_xcode_3.2.1__snow_leopard_10m2003a.dmg

Your's says 10m2003 and mine says 10m2003a. Not sure where the a came from.

Could you paste here the exact URL of the one you downloaded? I can then try from that link, because from the normal page I'm getting the above DMG, which has no 3.1.3 in it.

You can download it from:
http://developer.apple.com/iphone/download.action?path=%2Fiphone%2Fiphonesdk_3.1.3__final%2Fiphone_sdk_3.1.3_with_xcode_3.2.1__snow_leopard_10m2003a.dmg

Regarding the actual subject:
I was also wondering about this problem. It seems that they're still referring to iPhone apps as being developed under Mac OS X 10.5. I found the crt1.10.5.o file and changed it to crt1.10.6.o, which solved the problem... But it's not really a problem. Just leave the build settings for iPhone apps to be under OS 10.5.

Same problem here. The iPhone SDK 3.1.3 for Snow Leopard does not allow me to deploy application to my 3.1.3 iPod Touch.

No iPhoneSDK3 13.pkg (but there's no SDK3.2 in the SDK 3.2 beta and it works so…)
No checkbox for 3.1.3 during the installation process.
I installed the 3.2 SDK just after I installed the 3.1.3 SDK.
I'm trying to re-install the 3.1.3 SDK (I even re-downloaded just in cas…).
