Need to save important voice memo from NOT synced iPod Touch 2g to my iMac?

My voice memo is 55 minutes (of my 90 year old grandfather being interviewed!)- way too long for email. The hard drive on my iMac crashed recently and was replaced by a new one, so my Touch is no longer synced with my iMac. I am super worried about losing my recording (since normally syncing with a new computer erases your iPod info). Does anyone know how I can get this recording from the Voice Memos app on my Touch to my computer SAFELY? I'd really hate to lose this recording...don't think Grampie will be around a lot longer...Thank you for any suggestions! I have Snow Leopard on my iMac, if that makes a difference.
