adding manually downloaded podcasts to Podcast Lybrary
Hi. For any reason, some Podcasts iTunes try to download are informed with
error messages. But I can download these Podcasts manually directly from the site of the producer. So, I have in the Lybrary 4 (! = exclamation signals) for each podcast impossible to download by iTunes. I downloaded these 4 episodes by myself. I copied them into the folder with the other episodes.
Well... now the question: how can I explain to iTunes that these four episodes are already downloaded, and how make iTunes show these files in the Podcast Lybrary as new episodes added to the Lybrary?
- exceptionally using Windows for a while.

g5 PowerBook,
Mac OS X (10.4.9),
a PC at home (Dell Dimension) :-P
So, I found some turn around [http://markbowers.org/home/itunes-podcast-fix] to add manually podcast episodes to iTunes.
Simply import them from file menu > import files. Then Information (apple+I) and change type of media in "options". There, select podcast.
Problem: it doesn't appear into the original podcast folder. A new folder is created with the same name, where you will see the episodes that iTunes couldn't download.

Use this script ->
Re-Add Selected Tracks as Podcast v1.2 "This script will re-add the files of the selected tracks to iTunes as if they were a Podcast subscription. The files will then appear in the Podcasts playlist and "behave" as though they are a group of Podcast episodes. Such a Podcast can be set to automatically be copied to iPod and appear in the Podcasts category."
