Mailing Labels with Address Book

I want to create mailing labels that are addressed to the entire family of a particular person on my mailing list (for example, I have a friend, Tom Jones, but I want to send the letter to the Jones Family at his address). How do I create mailing labels that have the family name in place of the first & last name??
