Importing Cakewalk SONAR projects into Logic Express

Is there an easy way to migrate from Cakewalk SONAR 8 Producer Edition to Logic Express? I know it would be possible to manually import the audio files, but it would be nice to capture the project and track information too.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.2)

You can import the audio files and you can export any midi files from Sonar and import those into Logic. It's not possible to transfer anything else.

I was able to import OMF files exported from sonar onto Logic. That gets tracks and audio files.
