How to reregister a used Ipod Touch

I recently bought a used Ipod Touch. I did a "reset all settings" but it still is identified as "Jake's Ipod" when I connect to ITunes and it updates Jake's Library. How do I get it to download my songs and be My Ipod, not Jake's? Thanks for your help.
