How to submit ideas for iOS updates

Is it possible to contact Apple with ideas for the next updates? For instance, the iPhone doesn't support compilations, so that the artists on a compilation aren't shown under "Artists". It would be nice, if you could contact Apple and suggest this changed in one of the coming updates. Is that possible?
