Shortcut for multiple libraries?

I know I can launch multiple libraries by holding down the shift key when launching iTunes.
I would like to be able to launch the individual libraries with a shortcut on the desktop. Is there a way to do this? If I double click on the itl file, it just launches the last library that was opened, not the library that belongs to the itl file.
I am using iTunes 9.3.
Thanks
