Cannot purchase songs on itunes
Hi,
I have been using a prepaid mastercard on my itunes account to purchase stuff. Now i owe $2.00 so today i went out to buy a $15.00 itunes card. So i go to redeem it and it works but when i go to purchase a song it asks me to update my billing information because i owe itunes money. So it brings me to the transaction page where i can pay my $2 now using it from the itunes card, when i click on the "pay" button nothing works. It's almost impossible to delete the creditcard information unless i have another which i don't.
I remember a while ago where there was an option in the billing option where you can tick off "None" for the credit card information. So what can i do now? I
ve contacted itunes and they've been giving me the wrong information.
