"Joining" two songs from iTunes Store (not from CD)

I just bought 2 songs on the iTunes Store (The Kings, This Beat Goes On and Switching To Glide). They need to be "joined" so that they always play together, with no gap and in that order. In the "Advanced" pull down menu, I see that you can do this for songs imported from a CD, but I cannot see how to do this with songs from the iTunes Store.

I already tried Get Info/Options/Part of a gapless album, but that does not do anything.

I have iTunes 9.0.2.

Good idea. Those 2 songs must never be played separately.

iTunes has no way to join tracks other than upon ripping from CD. You can use an audio editor such as Garage Band to make a single track out of them.

Thank you. I have never used Garage Band before, but I opened it up for the first time and it took me all of about 3 minutes to get the job done.

Thumbs up to Apple for making Garage Band and iTunes work together so seamlessly.

Thumbs down to Apple for not allowing you to do with two songs from iTunes Store what can be done with two songs from a CD.

Thanks again.
