Error 73 - Please Help!

I am trying to setup Xgrid service for my research group at my university. I am trying to setup an Open Directory Master on the machine that has Server 10.5 installed on it. When I go through the configuration assistant to setup the Open Directory I get a message at the end saying an error occurred and provides the error value 73. I'm not sure what this means other than I am doing something wrong. Could anyone please shed some light on my situation? Thanks
