itunes cannot propely identify my ipod?
whenever i plug my ipod in i get a message saying itunes has detected an ipod but cannot properly identify it. What should i do? Unplugging it and plugging back in does nothing.

If you have the *iPod Nano 5th generation* there are a few things to try. iPod & iPod Nano 5th gen are 2 different models.
