i've changed my password several times, double, triple, quadruple checked my id to make sure its accurate.
i can log into my ID using my password on the website, but genius keeps telling me my password is wrong. when i use the correct ID it says:
"The Apple ID couldnt be found or the password was incorrect. Please try again."
when i enter in a random password, fake password (incorrect obviously)
it says:
"your Apple ID or password was entered incorrectly"

so it seems to be recognizing my password is correct to atleast give me a different message. so why cant i log in and use Genius?

any ideas?
