iPhone Software Update stopped (err= .3259) error?

Hi all

I hope someone can help me with my issue, I plugged my iPhone 3Gs and iTunes told me an update for the phone was available, I proceeded to update, and maybe halfway through it stopped, happens no matter how many times I try, I was wondering if anyone has encountered this issue? I turned off my antivirus as I saw in another thread, but did not work for me.

Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
