Can't scan using Samsung SCX-4300?

Hi I have just bought Samsung SCX-4300 Print, Copy & Scan.
I can't see to scan. When I open image capture Scanner fires up, gives overview image but the scan button is unavailable.
I have update drivers from Samsung.
Not sure what to do. Please help
