How do I delete SELECTED items from the Safari Forms History items?

How do I delete SELECTED items when I complete a web form? Some of the suggestions are incorrect and I not longer need them.

MacPro 09/iMac/MacBook Pro 13/iPhone 3GS, Mac OS X (10.6.2)

HI,

From the Safari Menu Bar click Safari/Preferences then select the AutoFIll tab.

Click the Edit button next to Other Forms.

Delete the web page address you are having problems then click Done.

Relaunch Safari.
