Q: Version 3.1.3...HELP

Can someone please let me know why my iPhone 3GS (16GB) has had to be restored 5 times within the last 2 days? I was perfectly happy with my 3.1.2 version. I had no problems.

Now that I upgraded to the 3.1.3, my screen blinks out, my phone locks up, and is so slow that if I try to download anything, it times out because the pop-up shows up on my screen "Error: Timed Out."

I want my older version back. This is my business line that I pay for and I do not have time to have a broken iPhone when I am in the middle of a conference call with the CFO of my company.
