MacBook pro and using microsoft Onenote. What do I need?

I would like some opinions on what stuff I need to run Microsoft Onenote on a mac.
So far this is what I can think of:
Large hard drive: needs to handle mac and PC as well as onenote and everything else. From my current experience onenote seems to hog memory, so probably at least 500 gb to use my computer for everything like videos, photos, and notes.
4gb of ram?: Do I need more to handle the fact that two operating systems will be used? I have a PC just for using onenote that has 3gb of ram and 70 bg hard drive, so I assume I would need at least more ram for both mac and pc.
Processor? Not sure on this. Probably faster is always better?
Parellels: is it the best for switching back and forth without rebooting?
Computer intentions:
using iMovie. Managing photos and music. Handeling gigs of notes through onenote. Won't really ever be doing these things all at the same time. Also onenote allows sharing of notes over the internet, sort of like a whiteboard everyone can write on. Found that more ram helps the sharing process stay smooth.

Apple Fan000001:

You should be able to run Onenote in Windows within an emulator like VMware Fusion, Parallels, or the free VirtualBox. Both VMware and Parallels offer a demo version which you can try free for 30 days before deciding. Virtual Box, is, of course, free. In terms of RAM I suggest that you max out the RAM on your MBP. I am not sure which MBP you have, but since I maxxed out the RAM on mine to 6 GB I find that VMware Fusion is even more responsive than it was before.
