Does contact list show company´s name??

I use my iPhone for my business contacts. When I add a new contact, I regulary enter first name, last name and the company´s name. The problem is that I have many contacts with the same first and last name *that works in diferents companys*. Since I can´t visualize the company´s name when I tap a letter, it comes up with, 3 or 4 contacts with the same name. So I have to open one by one until I find the one I´m looking for. The question is: is there any way I can configure my iPhone to see name in one line and the company´s name in the botton line in the contact list?
