Hi, 1st -> call AppleHelp or set up an Appointment at your local Genius Bar..You can do this by going to the Main Apple site -> Support -> Genius Bar
Turn Off your Mac -> unlpug ALL cables including power..I would wait 10 minutes & then reconnect power & just K/B & mouse..restart..
You could try booting from your Apple supplied -> Disc#1.
These suggestions are not listed in any special order:- take your pick as you see fit..good luck..L4 Macs - iPhone - 5iPods - Leica's - Nikon's, Mac OS X (10.6.2), Use em all" - Luv em All" - Need em all!!
Hi, do you have ALL your info backed up?
I see you have a MacMini - if you have everything backed up transfer it to the MacMini and schlep that! As you have tried nearly everything, I doubt the Mac will be serviceable until AppleHelp advise & possibly a subsequent journey to an Apple Tech. Sorry to be negative....L
