Bookmark an audiobook???

Bookmark an audiobook???

I like to listen to audiobooks on my iPhone. It usually takes me about 1 week to finish one. If I want to taken a break and listen to music a little while when I come back to the audiobook it does not remember where I left off and I have to hunt through the book to find the correct place to resume listening. Is there I way I can bookmark my spot before leaving the audiobook so I can come back to the correct spot (either native or through an add-on)?

There are a few threads on this subject (the search box top right is helpful).

There seems to be a difference experience between people - some have it working (like me) and other have your issue. Scanning those threads might provide some insight.

It 'just works' and always has - if I leave an audiobook, and come back to it, it always starts in the right place.

Right click on the audio book file in iTunes and click on "Get Info" there select the Options tab where you can set Media Kind to Audio book and then you can check "Remember Playback Position"

"Remember Playback Position" is checked (and dimed out so it can't be unchecked).
