Not able to Download "Confessions on a Dancefloor"

I'm currently using OSX 10.2.8 and iTunes 6 and i was unable to download Madonna's new album. I received an error message that read:

"A newer version of OSX is required to complete this purchase: This purchase includes videos which require that you are using OS 10.3.9 or later. Once you have upgraded, please try this transaction again."

I guess I shouldn't have upgraded to newest version of iTunes as my iPod doesn't display videos. Is it possible to purchase the album without the video? Or, is there another work around?

Thanks!
Justin

Hi Justin,

There are four versions of the album for sale on iTunes - two "plain" copies with either individual tracks or one non-stop mix, nothing else, and two "deluxe" copies which additionally come with a PDF booklet and a video.

Sounds like you've bought a "deluxe" copy when all your OS can cope with is a "plain" one? Contact iTunes customer services using the iTunes Help menu (or click here and fill out the form at the bottom of the page) - explain that you are using OS 10.2.8 and see if they can refund your album purchase and allow you to buy and download the "plain" version.
