Disk issue

I repaired my permissions but still have the following issue:

Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent" has been modified and will not be repaired.

Any advise is appreciated. Thanks
