Download error (8007) ???

So i'm half way through watching The Mist and it just stopped downloading, saying 'download error (8007)'??

What gives? It's bad enough that the atv is so poorly supported already, now it doesn't even work properly when I bother to use it?

late '06 iMac 24", Macbook 13", iPhone 3gs, Apple TV, Mac OS X (10.6.2)

I am having the same 8007 error problem when attempting to download from iTunes store directly to my Apple TV. I am also having no success transferring a movie which was purchased on iTunes to Apple TV. The network info on Apple TV indicates a full strength signal.

Apple tech support has no solution except to send me another Apple TV. I am not convinced at this point that this will correct the problem. I was having problem with the HDMI working correctly and tech support offered to send me another Apple TV. Three days later I receive the Apple TV 3.0.1 update that fixed the HDMI issue.

At this point I believe the issues are Apple TV software issues not my network.

Any suggestions? Thanks, Dan

I unplugged my atv, let it sit for about 30 seconds, plugged it back in and went to Settings > Downloads and started up the download again and voila, it started up fine. Seems like a glitch?
