"general error" importing mP4

Hello,

I have recorded with an ultraHD video flip camera.
I have tried importing other mov files and it worked fine...
(although they were not HD)

This is the info for my files that don't work...

It loads into the browser but as soon as I drag it into the
viewer there is the "General error" and that is all it tells me...
