Podcasts moved to "Root" folder

Since Feb. 9 or so when iTunes added "Explicit" to every podcast, almost every podcast I download is moved to a "Root" folder on my iPod instead of the Podcast titled folder. I'm not sure if this is an iPod problem or an iTunes problem. It's still in the "Podcast" section on my iPod and in iTunes, but its in a different folder named "root". I provided a screenshot of my problem.
