Problem with Jawbone

I've got the Jawbone Prime. It worked fine for a few days. Then even though I could hear fine, everyone said they could barely hear me. I contacted Jawbone tech support. They told me how to reset the Jawbone. That seemed to work. The next day, the same issue. I tried to reset it again, but it won't reset.

I don't know if it's an issue between the iPhone and the Jawbone or strictly a Jawbone problem.

Anyone else have this problem?

If that's the case I can say goodbye to the iPhone and get another phone that works with a bluetooth headset, though in another discussion thread I've been informed that most people have no problem with the iPhone's bluetooth.

Right now, my problem is the headset will not go into pairing mode, so I can't pair it with any bluetooth device, not just the iPhone.
