Error Description not available.

Hey! Me and my brother just got our iPod Touches, and I was able to create my apple id and register my product, all done, but when we got to his, we tried 3 different credit cards, entered all his details everything ok but we keep getting this "Error Description not avaiable" message.

Any help?
