iCal and SOHO Organizer version 7.0.4 syn/unsync

I purchased SOHO Organizer 7 (with Notes), shortly after purchasing my Mac in 2008. Within the last two weeks I started getting requainted with the SOHO software. While things seem fine, this software may not meet my needs. I would like to return to using only iCal (for now). Any thoughts on unlinking the two in an easy way? I've only organized for a week (using Franklin Covey's QII Weekly approach), including both calendar and task items. I set it up about a year ago so there are exact copies (including spelling and color) of the calendars in each software (before i realized that what you do in one gets refernced in the other).

I don't think I'm too far along, and one experiment seems to suggest I can drag something from the SOHO software and drop it in the iCal software.
