640 x 360 titles

Just got Express because I a just cannot get Premiere to handle 640 x 360 quicktime from my camera.
Now to my horror I find Express can't handle 640 x 360 either. None of the presets recognise Quicktime and this is an Apple product!
The result is that Express can't make titles at 640 x 360 to match the quicktime import and so the export is distorted and creates a letter box effect.
Life is too short for this fiddlong about when will there be an upgrade or is 640 x 360 out of date?

Thank you. I don't seem to have any control of the output from my Sony PD 150 it is two years old. It always comes out at 640 x360. If I use a 16:9 easy set up will one of the apple codecs work? Will the standard definition DV cause a drop in image when I export out at 640 x360. This is all for the web via quicktime. Thank you for your patience

Thank you again
Yes it is a DV camera. Previously I have been capturing directly into quicktime.
I am trying the amorphic pre set but when I try to import from Quicktime I just get an error message and it won't recognize the file. I think I may start again and use Capture direct from the camera.
Is this just me but shouldn't this be covered in the documentation Apple = QuickTime after all? The problem is IMovie is too simple and Express is still too complicated. Help much appreciated anyway

Al
Yes I have just tried to Capture for the first time. Obvious really but I have been using QuickTime Pro and really expected Apple to have sorted the input from one of its own products.
Anyway after a day wasting time trying to figure it out and then finally asking for help all seems OK.
If I set the Easy Setup (who said this was easy??) to DV-PAL Anamorphic and then capture I see a horribly distorted image, but I hold on and don;t givr up in horror for when saved I get a 1024 x 576 which is far larger than I want for the web but when I export using Quicktime conversion I can get my 640 x 360 Quicktime which does not look too badly affected by all the codec changes, or is that not important. 640 x 360 just fits perfectly on the web pages I am designing with nice file sizes streaming from MobileMe otherwise I would not be bothering with all this.
Am I finally on the right track?
Thanks
