Iphone Not Syncing with windows 7

Hi all,

Hopefully someone can spell this issue out for me in plain english. As many Windows 7 users have found itunes will not acknowledge or sync with Windows 7. I have been through the device controller and tried updating all the drivers but cannot even locate the Apple device driver. (only mass usb storage device). This is very annoying, can someone help Please.

Which particular Pavilion model do you have, Snowy? Do you have a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows 7?

(I want to check your specs at HP to see if you've got one of their models with the Intel 5-series or an nVidia chipset. If so, there's a few specific things we should check on.)

I have tried all the suggestions at the apple site. Computer says "NO"

thanks for help. My HP is only a intel series 4 64 bit windows 7 thingy.

Sorry about the delay, Snowy.

Is that one of the m9780s with the Eureka3-GL8 motherboard or the IPMTB-TK (Truckee) motherboard?

(One's got a G43 Express chipset and the other has an X58 chipset, do I thought I'd better check.)

Okay ... perhaps try downloading and installing a copy of Belarc Advisor;

Do an audit of your PC with Belarc. Under the "Main circuit board" heading, what shows up next to "Board:" for you?

For example, on my Lenovo I see:

*Board: LENOVO 889703U*

I'm having the same problem ,my net book wont recognize the iphone, i have a hp netbook mini 110. Windows 7 home premium its what i have.
Please help , cant see my pictures.
