Right Click Function

I need to know how to perform a right click function on my MacBook. I'm using Touchpad not mouse and can't figure out how to do a right click, which is necessary for a work program I'm running.

Macbook, Mac OS X (10.6)

Hi...System Preferences > Trackpad > check the 'Tap trackpad using two fingers for secondary click'

Or a 'Control' key...click

thanks, I'll give it a try, again, but it seems like I already tried both of those. I'm running a Windows program on the Mac.....would that make a difference?

Are you running this program via Window's and Boot Camp?

if so the Boot Camp forum may be a better place to ask...

In both Boot Camp (as long as the drivers are installed) and all virtual machine software the right click is the same as normal in the Mac OS.

I've had a Macbook for a few years, but I only recently learned that Mac-speak for "right click" is actually "secondary click" (in case you're doing a word search, or just want to sound like you know what you're talking about!)
