Cd Rip
I just wanted to know what is the best quality to rip music cd's at in itunes.

It is all in your ears and preferences. Higher quality produces a larger file size hence you could need a larger HD depending on the size of your iTunes library.
The iTS standard is 256kbps AAC format (.m4a).
Anything below 128kbps .mp3 or AAC you will likely notice lower quality of sound.
If you want CD quality but a smaller file size then you can use Apple Lossless.
