Flash Player ALWAYS crashing in Safari

Good day Guys and Girls, Ever since Purchased my MBP 15' a year ago, flash player has been continuously crashing Safari and Firefox. I have placed over 100 calls to apples and done all I've been told to do. I even visited a certified repairer and all he succeeded in doing was convincing me to upgrade my RAM.
