Is it bad to constantly charge the iPod Touch? I find that I'm charging practically everyday. I'm on it so much from internet, to games, FB, reading an ebook, checking email. So I was wondering if it wasn't good to charge too much. Should I try not using it so much to save on the battery.
No, you are not ruining it. You are simply using it.
Batteries are designed to be used. This is what they are. Are you ruining your car by driving it every day? Are you ruining your T.V. by watching it every day?

No, you're not. Lithium-based batteries, such as the ones in an iPod or a laptop computer, do best when they're kept charged regularly. Unlike nickel-based batteries, the battery in your iPod should not be completely discharged except rarely (Apple suggests about once a month, to keep the charge indicator calibrated). So charge your iPod as often as is practical.
