How can i redownload pass purchasing

I downloading movies on other computer and now I am on my computer and I downloaded music and other things and took off my movies and pictures that I downloaded from the computer. I followed the steps but they are charging me for the movies again. What can I do, do i have to pay again for the movies?

If you don't have them on either computer, don't have a backup, and don't have the movies on an iPod, then yes, you will have to pay for them again. With the exception of iPhone apps, you only get one download per purchase.

It is basic to maintain a backup. Have you failed to do so?

If for some reason you have failed to back up your music (terrible idea), then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod:

File>Transfer Purchases

From the terms of use of the itunes store:

" PRODUCTS CAN ONLY BE DOWNLOADED ONCE; AFTER BEING DOWNLOADED, THEY CANNOT BE REPLACED IF LOST FOR ANY REASON. YOU SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP YOUR OWN SYSTEM,"

Hey, well I'm having a problem with iTunes. I bout a album and I bout it on my iPod touch, and I had to reset my iPod because it wouldn't turn on, how do I recover my album?

If you didn't sync the tracks from your iPod to your computer and you've lost everything on the iPod, those tracks are gone and you will probably have to purchase them again.
