Prioritizing a Name for Caller ID...
Hello,
I have several employees that share the same location phone number. When one of them calls from this number, caller ID always shows a person's name instead of the work location. I understand that this is due to the first alphabetical name on the list for that phone number.
Is there a text character that will supersede all others in priority (before A-Z) that I can put in front of a name so that caller ID will display it first? Would a text space do this?
Is there some other way around this issue?
