email won't print

Using Mac mail, when I try to print an email, only the header prints, not the body of the email. Sometimes I can hit reply and the new window opens and it prints, but it's only intermittent. I've also tried opening the mail in a new window, but the body still won't print. I can take a screen shot, but if it's larger than the browser window, I have to do it twice. Any suggestions?
