Multiple pages on screen

I have recently purchased a iMac 27"and would like to know how I can view eight pages at once on my screen. Right now Pages only shows me 4.

Thanks,

Hi Roughnaught

Welcome to the forum 🙂

Click on the tiny 100% at the bottom left corner of your window and choose *Two up* and 25%.

I can see 8 A4 pages and I only have a 24" iMac. You should be able to see 10.

Since they will be too small to read why not just open the thumbnails drawer:

+Menu > View > Page Thumbnails+

…where you will see all the pages in miniature.

At the bottom of the divider between the thumbnails and your page layout is a box with 2 vertical lines. If you drag that to your right the thumbnail view will increase to quite a large size to give an excellent preview of your pages.

Fruhulda, the answer to your question is: Because I can! 🙂 I mean, I am an editor, I have this 27 inch monitor that I bought for editing. I can see four pages on it and it is only using half of my screen so, I'd like to see pages all over my screen. For editing that is very helpful. I am currently using microsoft word to edit a 6x9 inches page document and I can see 10 pages on my screen. I am disapointed at Pages, I never expected any Apple product to have less qualities than a microsoft one.
