Then you point out that of all the DVDs they have watched, were they ever confused about how to pause a DVD, or did they just hit the pause button on their remote?
One of the most important things you can ever learn about working with clients is that, "The client is usually wrong." The statement, "The client is always right." was created by clients to make themselves feel better, but they are usually wrong about most things. It is YOUR JOB to educate the client.
