I am afraid you have the problem drive. I checked the FUJITSU site and there does not appear to be a firmware update for this drive.
I also had a look at the FUJITSU forums and you are not alone.
I am afraid you have limited options:
Contact your supplier to see if they can help.
Put up with the problem and burn using other software.
Swap the drive for another model.
Attempt a firmware update using a generic update. If this goes wrong it you permanently damage your drive but for what it's worth here is a link:
