simple lock deadlock detection what is this

This is on my 8 core Mac Pro with 9gb ram, Ati HD 4870 and internal raid
This happened a few times each time it said a different CPU.
I noticed this a day after I installed a Sonnett Tango 800 PCIe card and have since removed it with no further issues. Nothing was connected to the Tango card and I first noticed the issue when I started up a usb harddrive on the built in mac usb port after that anything in the finder window would cause issues.

I have this same set up at work the only difference is the Video card at work is the stock ATi X1900
This was while just using the finder, it would freeze up have a panic and the report after crash said the following:

Interval Since Last Panic Report: -1 sec
Panics Since Last Report: 1

Your panic log unfortunately isn't a lot of help, except that it's a deadlock. A deadlock basically means two kernel level processes were waiting for each other in order to be able to continue. Since the first process needs information from the second, but the second is waiting on the first, they are deadlocked and the system panics.

Can you put the stock video card in your Mac Pro, to match the one at work? That would tell you if it's the video card.
