Apple doesn't typically listen here. We are users, like you.

Submit feedback to Apple via the Pages Menu. It might help if you suggest a particular font to Apple. In case they don't see adequate market to justify the expense, I believe you can always buy your own fonts, but I'm not the one to advise you on a source for that.

Fonts are part of the System, not unique to Pages.
