How do i find my user name and pass for cyber duck

If it's a 3rd party server contact their customer support for them.

You don't enter anything into iWeb.

You only need to use Cyberduck if you are uploading your site to an external server. In Cyberduck you need to enter your username, password and ftp details that your domain name registrar and/or host gave you when you set up a hosting account with them.

You only use Cyberduck for uploading to an external server - nowhere else and you don't enter anything into iWeb at all.

You do realise that you cannot use Cyberduck to upload a site to MobileMe. iDisk only supports webdav which Cyberduck is not. Cyberduck can only be used to upload to an external server, so no, you don't enter MME username and password - this is why is asks for username, password and ftp details!

Yes I have. I use Cyberduck all the time in fact, but to upload to an external server and not MobileMe. I have never checked - only entered my own ftp details into the connect to server box.

Wyodor is right. Don't know when it might have changed but Ducky does support webdav. It has almost as many features as Transmit, just a different GUI.

You can use any ftp app you want. What is wrong with Cyberduck?

It won't actually help you any more to use a different ftp program if you still don't know your ftp details and username and password. You will still have the same problem whatever you decide to use.

Go to where you have your hosting account and ask for your ftp details and username and password and then enter these into Cyberduck and you can then use it.
